NOVEX research Lelylijn: on to the Development Perspective

This summer the spatial Charcoal Sketch, a sketch of the possible future environment of the Lelylijn, was completed. A follow-up study has now begun for the NOVEX Lelylijn .

Within NOVEX, we examine the possible changes in the space through which the Lelylijn passes.

In a series of ‘make days’, various experts from provinces and municipalities, among others, will work together on this. Which programmatic tasks will be realized in the zone around the Lelylijn. In addition, appropriate to the phase we are in, in-depth studies will be conducted on components that require extra attention. Think of the housing market, the economy and nature, agriculture and landscape.

Early next year, a number of schools of thought or perspectives will be delivered that we look forward to discussing with you in the spring. All this information and your feedback on it will be weighed and brought together in coherence in a Development Perspective for the Lelylijn that will be delivered before the summer of 2024. Several scenarios are expected to be distinguished in that Development Perspective.
